As the name implies, the end-of-line test bench is located at the end of a manufacturing process. The parts and products manufactured are checked there for correct function. During the end-of-line test, geometries and dimensions are checked or certain conditions are simulated in order to test how the test specimen reacts in each case.
As end-of-line tests are directly integrated into production lines, they represent a particularly efficient form of quality control. We work closely with our customers during the development of end-of-line equipment in order to find the optimum solution in each case.

Virtual simulation
A key component of our budget-oriented and efficient way of working is the virtual simulation of the product manufacturing. Using state-of-the-art technology, we simulate and thus verify the manufacturing processes in a realistic virtual environment. Besides verifying the feasibility, this also enables optimisation and cost-saving potential to be discovered. The amount of waste is reduced to a minimum and thus also the costs for our customers thanks to virtual simulation.

Quality control
During the design and manufacture of LANGER inspection fixtures, nothing is left to chance. After all, the key factors for these types of instrument are absolute precision and close tolerances. In our fully air-conditioned measuring room, we ensure that our products precisely meet your expectations using high-precision tactile measuring machines. Our measuring machines are DAkkS-calibrated, the measurement uncertainty at 3.5 cubic metres is less than 0.02 mm over maximum measuring range of 6,000 mm. Meticulous measurement equipment management guarantees the reliability of all control processes.
Logistics service
We deliver and install all around the world and are familiar with the challenges that can arise with international shipments. For this reason, we offer our customers comprehensive storage and logistics solutions including customs clearance and a transport service. In the process, we pay attention to continuous article traceability. We would be happy to enter individual agreements with regard to the spare-parts supply for our customers.
